Unless otherwise stated, artwork orders ship within 3-5 days of receipt. ALAERE fashion line items are handmade to order and will ship within 7-15 days of purchase. Pre-loved boutique products will ship with 4-7 days of purchase. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped with tracking information. In the case of shipping delays, you will be informed via the email you provide at checkout.
Orders are not available for pick-up.

Shipping cost is determined by the mail carrier, and based on delivery location and package weight.
International orders are subjected to Customs Duties and Taxes in the respective countries. Your Customs agency will contact you for further details on the duties and taxes to be paid for clearance of the international package.

Gallery Return Policy
All sales of artwork are final. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are not accepted.
In the rare event of faulty or damaged goods, replacements may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Adequate evidence (i.e photos, videos) must be submitted to team@alaerelifestyle.com with relevant order information within 48 hours of receiving the artwork to be eligible for replacement consideration. If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us in original packaging within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Ensure the item is packed securely in its original box or protective materials
Boutique Return Policy
Select boutique apparel items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit if returned in new, unworn, and original condition within 7 days of delivery. We will not accept worn or damaged items for exchange or return for store credit.
Items must include original tags and packaging.
Return Requests: Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery by emailing team@alaerelifestyle.com with a reason for their dissatisfaction and photos of the item in its original, unworn condition. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within the remaining return window.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Pre-Loved Items
All sales of pre-loved items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the item does not meet the above conditions.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen product shipments. A signature will be required to accept boutique apparel and jewelry products. Please contact the mail carrier to locate the parcel with the tracking number provided.
Refunds will not be issued for items that have been marked as delivered unless they meet the conditions of our return and exchange policy outlined above.
If your order is damaged in transit you must file a damage report to your local postal service, and send an email to team@alaerelifestyle.com including pictures of the damaged item(s) within 48 hours of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement. If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the redelivery cost.
